The Hawthorn began with a simple conviction: that the best bread starts with the best ingredients, and the best ingredients deserve the slowest, most careful hands.

Located along US-98 in Daphne, we've built our bakery around the rhythms of the coast — early mornings, seasonal produce, and a community that shows up every day. Our ovens fire before sunrise, our shelves fill by mid-morning, and our doors stay open until the last loaf is gone.

Beyond the counter, we stock a curated selection of groceries — olive oils, honeys, pantry staples — chosen the same way we choose flour: with intention, and an eye for what truly belongs.
